Nytebird started with two entrepreneurs, Sho and Jonathan, who spent the last decade building teams for fast growing tech companies across Asia and the US. In building Nytebird, they teamed up with Louie, a veteran of the BPO and outsourcing world who has held senior roles in several multinational companies. Together, they were regularly hired when the stakes were high: critical roles, first boots on the ground, people who would sit close to founders and senior leadership.

In those rooms, we kept seeing the same pattern. Talented leaders were spending their days inside email, calendar invites and project follow ups instead of driving the business forward. Many had tried virtual assistants before. Few felt they could truly rely on them for judgment, ownership and consistency.

Over the years we learned what actually works when you put someone close to a founder. How to screen for judgment, not just skills. How to find people who take ownership instead of waiting for instructions. How to design a support role that gives a leader back entire days of focus, not just a handful of completed tasks.
